Yoga is about presence - being here in this moment. An aspect of yoga is asana, or movement. Another aspect of yoga is meditation and mindfulness. As we link movement with our breath, practice mindfulness, or step into a breathing practice, beautiful shifts begin to occur.
I am a YTT200 certified Yoga Instructor. I assist clients as they work into yoga through movement, breath, mindfulness, and meditation. I teach classes and work with clients 1-on-1 while teaching proper form, providing loving support, and holding space for anything that comes up during our practice together.

If you have never practiced yoga, mindfulness, or meditation before and are wanting to learn the basics before attending a class or working into a practice of your own, 1-on-1 sessions are a great place to start.
1-on-1 is also great if you are looking for a solo yoga class designed just for you.
Would you like to create or join a class?
Group yoga is for 4-12 people who want to share practice together and have similar goals.
Classes can be all yoga, all mindfulness or meditation, or a mix of all.
Are you a business and want to bring yoga and/or mindfulness to your employees? Are you a government or locally funded program for veterans or provide support for addition or mental health groups?

Yoga for Kids
I provide yoga, personal training, mindfulness, meditation, and breathing practices to school-aged children as part of school hosted programs, parent organized programs, 1-on-1 sessions, or group classes.
Provide your kiddos with excellent tools for how to manage strong emotions, body awareness, movement, and how to be in tune with themselves.
